Terrace House

The Terrace House is a 3-unit residence - collectively conceived, designed, financed and built.
Based on a simple, modular building system, each level is adaptable and can be built as a 1200sqft 2- or 1-bedroom unit.

The modular design allows for a very cost-efficient building process and would allow to keep the building cost under $300/sqft.

With the ongoing affordability crisis in LA, re-imagining the idea of a starter home becomes even more relevant today.
